Thoughts and prayers to those in Southeast Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and all the islands I should know without looking at a map…

and to the states like Washington, Oregon, California, Montana that are on fire and filling Washington with smoke and ash; May all of your loved ones be found safe and healthy, your faith in humanity remains in tact and your material possessions restored swiftly. I also plead to Mother Nature to let Hurricane Irma be all talk and just stays on the water.

I am in the military and Shari was better than the best! I know I will never use anyone else in the Kitsap area while she is still in the business. Shari stuck in there with me while I was trying to find the perfect house for me, even when it took 2 deployments. I constantly looked at houses and she was there to show everyone herself, even if it was on the other side of the peninsula as her office. She always knew what we were looking at, and after showing houses to me would often fix what the seller had wrongfully advertised. Shari was easy to talk to, and always had good recomendations on where I could go for the next step with my first house. I am happy to say that Shari helped me find a house, underbid the seller for my price, and less then a month later the property appraised for 60K more than I had bought it for. Thank you Shari, you truly are the best! (less)

I was the one who first made with Shari, and it was a good decision as I found out later. Sheri very much knew the area that I lived in and helped me so much in getting all the information that I needed. After filling out a on line questionnaire I think I received my first phone call from her in about 15 min. She set up an appointment to see the house for the next day, did a walk through and answered all my questions. The home will be going up for sale next month and I feel confidant and calm about my prospects
If I had to sum up my experience of working with Sheri I would say that I could tell she truly just wanted to help me. (less)

Shari worked very hard to sell our house ,the pictures she had taken were remarkable. She would go out of her way to answer any questions that we had. Our house would probably have sold if we listen to her advice. Due to personal reason, we decided that we would wait to list our house in five or six years. Shari would be the realtor that we would choose to sell our house when we are ready to put it back on the market. (less)
